滑差轴应用

滑差轴的作用原理及应用 Differential Shafts Action principle and Application

滑差轴,又称差速轴、摩擦轴。
用于分切机的收卷轴及特殊放卷轴,滑差轴的摩擦转矩由压缩空气的气压大小来控制。滑差轴由轴芯、磨擦组件以及多组滑差环组成,滑差环处于独立打滑状态,扭矩受气压控制。实现卷材恒张力收卷,端面整齐。
滑差轴收卷提高正品率,贵重材料(金属箔、锂电池隔膜、锂电池极片、相纸等)非用不可。


滑差轴分双气路、中心气、侧压三种结构型式

一)双气路滑差轴:所谓双气路,即锁紧气压和调节气压分离,实现从极低张力到大张力宽范围的连续控制,卷料卷取张力恒稳、端面超级平整,操作性能极佳,自动装卸卷,
 中途断料接料换料全无移位,是宇竞科技研发创新的全新型中心气压滑差轴,拥有发明该专利!

西村式双气路滑差轴性能优,张力范围及可控性能俱佳,使用宇竞的双气路滑差轴锂电池极片、铜箔、铝箔、电池隔膜、超低张力PET膜、电子卷膜才能取得良好的效果。


二)中心气压滑差轴:从电空比例阀输出气压到轴芯气囊,施加压力给滑差环,产生相应的摩擦转矩,张力范围连续可控。


三)侧压滑差轴:

轴向传递压力将各个滑差环轴端面压紧,芯轴旋转过程中打滑偏转时产生磨擦转矩。
   优点是可产生较大扭力,实现大转矩、大摩擦张力收卷。

Use forscorlling in splitting machine,the friction torque of the Air Differential Shaft is controlled by the air pressure of the compressed air.Air Ditterential Shaft consists of a core shaft, friction components and multiple rings.

Ring in each group is in a state of independent slip, torque is controlled by the central pressure or lateral transfer pressure. To realize tension steady uniform of each coiled material from inner diameter to outer diameter the end surface is regular, constant tension winding and release, ensure the material tension.

一、Double Pneumatic air differfntial shaft

二、Central Pressure Air Differential Shaft.

Input pressure corresponding to the axial gas cavity; compressed air to tight friction parts—applying pressure to the differential shaft ring—producing corresponding friction torque. Air pressure output from electro pneumatic proportional value, controlled by PLC tension system, system parameters is set according to different material, thickness, diameter, keep constant tension, from low tension to larger scope of continuous control.


三、Lateral Air Differential Shaft.

Mechanical lateral pressure differential shaft, pneumatic side pressure differential shaft. Axial pressure transmission, each differential shaft ring axial compression, in the process of the spindle rotation, the end surface of slip ring produces friction force when the differential shaft deflection produces friction torque. The advantage is that can generate large torque and large friction tension winding.
